  • Lead Instructor

    Rich began his martial arts training in 1985 studying Kempo Karate in Massachusetts, where he achieved the rank of fourth degree black belt under Mike Fitzgerald and John Savage.

    In 2005, Rich began studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City, where he trained under some of the most notable instructors in the world. In 2018, Rich received his brown belt from John Danaher and in 2022 he received his black belt from Master Renzo Gracie and Rafael “Sapo” Natal.

    Rich is a cum laude graduate of Salem State University, where he played baseball for three years and was awarded Student Athlete of the Year in his final season.

    Jeremiah dabbled in Karate & Tai Chi in his youth, but it wasn’t until 2015 that he committed his self to the martial arts, namely Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In 2022, Jeremiah earned his brown belt from Professor Mike Jaramillo at Renzo Gracie Headquarters in Manhattan where his studies focus on no gi submission grappling & grappling for MMA.

    He is a program director here at WTMA, where he oversees the kickboxing & fitness program. You can find him teaching a wide range of classes, from kickboxing & calisthenics to all levels & ages in BJJ.

    Fernando Ferreira, a dedicated practitioner and passionate instructor in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. With a formidable skill set and a heart full of determination, Fernando rises among his peers as a purple belt, a testament to his unwavering commitment and undying love for the martial arts. Under the watchful guidance of esteemed mentors, Professor Stewart Carroll and Professor Rich Preshong, Fernando has honed his techniques over the course of seven transformative years. Their profound knowledge and guidance have elevated Fernando's prowess, instilling in him the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance.

    Fueled by his unwavering passion for the art, Fernando has now embarked on a new chapter, opening his very own martial arts academy. At this academy, he aims to share his wealth of expertise and inspire others to embrace the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. His teaching style promotes both physical and mental growth, empowering his students to unlock their potential while fostering a strong community spirit.

    Charlie was born in Brazil, but has lived most of his life in New York City. With over 8 years of dedicated training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing, Charlie's focus is on mobility and self-defense. His dedication and hard work has earned him his purple belt from Professor Stewart Carroll.

    Off the mats, Charlie is an avid runner and cyclist. His well rounded fitness practice enhances his teaching at Windsor Terrace Martial Arts. Using martial arts to exercise the mind, body, and spirit on a daily basis and sharing his lived experience with his students.

    Pam’s unwavering dedication and thirst for knowledge has fueled her remarkable martial arts journey under the tutelage of esteemed masters in various disciplines.

    Early on her path she earned her black belt in Tae Kwon Do training under Master Jhong Auk Kim.

    Pam continues to expand her expertise by immersing herself in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the dynamic world of Kickboxing. For eight years, starting under the guidance of Professor Stewart Carroll, from whom she earned her purple belt, and continuing with Professor Rich Preshong, she now practices the art of grappling and harnessing the power of strikes to enhance her skills.

    At Windsor Terrace Martial Arts, Pam imparts her invaluable wisdom to students, ensuring they grasp the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while also nurturing the next generation through her engaging and impactful kids' classes.

    Sarina is a dedicated practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, starting her training journey under the guidance of esteemed mentor Professor Stewart Carroll, who laid the foundation for her skill, knowledge and love of BJJ and from whom she received her purple belt. Moving forward on her path, she is now fortunate to train under the tutelage of Professor Rich Preshong, further honing her techniques and deepening her understanding of the art form.

    An influential figure in the day-to-day operations of Windsor Terrace Martial Arts, she plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the establishment.

    Sarina's purple belt represents her dedication, discipline, and perseverance throughout her journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Wholeheartedly embracing the challenges that come with the practice that drive personal growth, Sarina hopes to inspire other women to embark on their own journeys exploring the limitless possibilities that lie within this gentle art.

    Eddie’s 35-year (and counting) journey started at a very young age practicing Taekwondo under the guidance of his father, Edward Ramos Sr.

    Equipped with a strong foundation, Eddie has qualified for multiple Wrestling tournaments at the national level. He has studied Boxing with instructors Rey Perez and Buck Robinson who have both ranked in the ISKA top 10 for Kickboxing and Boxing. Eddie has studied Shinto Yoshin Kai Jiu Jitsu with Rey Perez, Kickboxing with Rey Perez and Edward Ramos Sr, Judo, and Muay Thai with Aaron “The Ghost” Fisher as his instructor.

    Embodying the values instilled in him by his father and mentors: discipline, perseverance, and respect, Eddie understands that true martial arts mastery extends beyond physical prowess to encompass mental fortitude and personal growth.

    A formidable competitor and respected member of Windsor Terrace Martial Arts, Eddie shares his wealth of experience and knowledge with his students, guiding them on their paths of self improvement.

He has guided UFC champions such as Matt Serra and Frankie Edgar, Roger Gracie a 10x Jiu-Jitsu world champion, John Danaher the Jiu-Jitsu coach to UFC Champions Georges St-Pierre & Chris Weidman and ADCC Champion Gordon Ryan.
